About the Job
To support the IM US organization with contract preparation and the accurate and timely administration of discount agreements. This entails contract authoring research, draft amendments, contract interpretation and system entry; validating chargebacks and membership; rebate payment adjudication.
Business Partnering - Support contract strategy feasibility discussions with IM US contract teams. Demonstrate effective prioritization to ensure document turnaround times within agreed-upon timelines. Partner with the Government Pricing team to ensure accurate pricing calculations. Communicate with wholesalers, GPO, LTC, Specialty Groups, HIBCC, IMS, and HRSA to determine member eligibility. Partner with Market Access to support the implementation of new strategies. Work with teams in remote locations both inside and outside the U.S. to achieve department objectives.
Team Leadership/Meeting Facilitation - Conduct meetings to achieve issue resolution within the department, with internal customers, wholesalers, specialty distributors, LTC, and GPOs. Maintain systems and logs to track contracts, rebate, chargebacks, and membership issues for accurate reporting to management.
Data Analytics/Super User: Designated resource within department to be the expert on all systems and programs. Provide expertise in testing, troubleshooting, as well as identifying errors and process efficiencies.
Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures and SOX requirements. Ensure communication to management about identified risks to the department and organization. Identify any areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.

Education (minimum/desirable):
BA/BS degree or Equivalent 4-year degree required. Focus in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience/Professional requirement:
3+ years of related experience required. Performing similar work
2 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry related experience
Familiarization with contract authoring, chargeback adjudication, rebate processing, membership, and contract maintenance
Technical Knowledge/Professional Competencies
Working knowledge of class of trade and customer identifiers
Understanding of pharmaceutical product discount contracts with various healthcare providers
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Proficiency with life science applications. Model N. Deal Management and SAP a plus
