ASYMCA is currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant available to be in our Woodbridge headquarters office full time to support our CEO and Executive Team. Typical assignments are diverse and require strong communication and collaboration skills. This position will provide the opportunity to support our C Suite executives through general administrative support as well as overall office administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of progressive administrative experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior non-profit experience a plus. Prior experience supporting C suite executives highly preferrable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Stellar written and verbal communication skills required. Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat required. Must possess the ability to create improved work efficiencies through the effective application of technology. Must be service oriented and flexible with a "can do" attitude. Must be able to organize and prioritize workload as needed to meet schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar and schedules, including handling incoming event invitations and performing outreach to secure meetings on behalf of executive team when directed
- Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
- Draft executive correspondence and provide proactive support for responses to key contacts
- Provide support for travel and expense reporting as needed
- Manage incoming mail and assist with the packaging and coordination of mailings
- Assist with meeting logistics and event coordination and execution including bi-annual National Board Meetings (negotiate AV, space and schedule food and beverage services with venues, set up virtual meetings, coordinate invitations and attendees, send reminders)
- Ordering office and breakroom supplies
- Act as backup point of contact for building management and contracted office vendors (e.g., copier and print management companies)
- Some travel to Board Meeting events may be required (<5%)
- Other administrative duties as required
