Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, managing file organization, record-keeping, scheduling, invoicing, and client communications with independence and accuracy.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to drive the success of organizational initiatives and projects.
- Provide essential support for events, from planning and logistics to follow-up, ensuring every detail contributes to an impactful experience.
- Keep the office running smoothly by handling facility inquiries, ordering supplies, and coordinating operations for a seamless workflow.
- Support organizational compliance by tracking and submitting necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Be a central point of contact for inquiries, using sound judgment to address questions and provide helpful information.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a strong commitment to excellence is what matters most.
- At least five years of experience in a senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and multitasking skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
