Illuminati Labs is seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing cellular DAS and Public Safety ERRCS systems in new construction and existing commercial buildings across the United States. You will work closely with a cohesive team to ensure efficient and high-quality installations. This position requires extensive travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- 100% hands on in the field
- DAS and ERRCS Installation: Perform complete installations of cellular DAS and Public Safety ERRCS systems, including pulling, terminating, and testing wires.
- Wiring and Cabling: Work with various cables, including Cat5e, LMR400, 1/2 coax, and fiber optics, ensuring all connections are correctly installed and tested.
- Antenna Installation: Install interior antennas and mount and aim exterior antennas to achieve optimal signal strength.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret plans and blueprints to accurately execute installation tasks.
- Conduit Work: Run and bend conduit as required for system installations.
- Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized job site, manage inventory control, and secure all tools and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maximizing the potential for bonus opportunities.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied with the work being performed.
- Documentation: Utilize expense tracking, time clock, and project management apps consistently to document work progress and ensure project milestones are met.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience with DAS, ERRCS, or electrical work (low or high voltage) required.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in PCTel, Comba, Cel-Fi, SignalHound, and/or Anritsu. OSHA 30-hour certification is also preferred (company will provide courses as needed).
- Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel extensively (Monday through Friday) to various cities across the U.S., with weekends at home. Must live near a major international airport within the continental U.S., preferably served by Southwest Airlines. Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting rolls of wire weighing over 100 lbs.
- Tools and Equipment: Must have your own basic telecom tools, including snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, and steel-toed boots. The company provides PPE and uniform shirts.
- Communication Skills: Must be a well-spoken, businesslike communicator, a good listener, and adaptable.
- Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1-year driving experience.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions).
- Vaccination Requirement: Must be willing to be vaccinated to meet the standards of any healthcare clients.

- Flights and hotel accommodations are paid for by the company; per diem meal expenses are paid at the highest rate according to federal guidelines and can potentially equate to an additional $17,000 per year after taxes.
- Hourly rate is based on experience - from $50,000 to $60,000 per year for entry level and $60,000 to $75,000 for senior level installers. Additionally, installers receive per diem and potential performance bonuses.
- First 60 days are a benefit waiting period. On the 1st day of the month following the 60-day waiting period, assuming a positive performance review, you would be brought on as an hourly employee with full benefits.

- We are based in Denver but travel nationwide, Monday through Friday, home each weekend. We are currently building teams across the country.
