Responsibilities:
Provides core administrative support to a work group and/or manager(s), including the Principal Engineer, Chief Engineer, Cyber Hazards and Operations Engineering groups.
Composes and types routine correspondence such as meeting minutes and/or reports.
Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs or tables as necessary.
Schedules appointments for others and makes meeting and travel arrangements, as required.
Manages updates to content related to Globalport pages and HTML pages.
Prepares audit material as requested.
Support projects and data management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years Administrative Assistant experience supporting a team is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Advanced Excel for data reporting and tracking
- Solid written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
