Senior Administrative Assistant, Analyst Relations Scheduler - WE Communications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant, Analyst Relations Scheduler who thrives in a multitasking and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is diplomatic with proven experience in juggling various tasks and working across different stakeholders effectively and tactfully. 

This Senior Administrative Assistant, Analyst Relations Scheduler will focus on scheduling meetings with technology industry analysts. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal forms are essential. This is a complex and dynamic scheduling role that requires booking and overseeing dozens of meetings at the same time.Previous experience in working within an analyst relations account team is not required – we will teachyou the ins and outs! 

This role is open in either our Seattle, WA or Portland, OR offices only.  

Serve in a Senior Administrative and Project Coordinator capacity, performing the following functions: 

• Responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings with internal and external participants
• Work in a systematic way with internal managers to collect meeting details, ensuring ability to execute autonomously
• Serve in a professional capacity with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage multiple scheduling projects simultaneously, at times under pressure, and deliver quality work  
• Exceptional diplomacy and a proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
• At times will handle all the logistics such as arranging conference rooms, organizing room layout/tech/supplies, and ordering food. Taking care of all details. 

• At least 4 years of experience organizing and managing multiple schedules
• Drive day-to-day work independently and proactively, hittingdeadlines and working with efficiency 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work well under deadline pressure
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
• Adept at creative problem solving on the fly and thinking on your feet 
• Knowledge of MS office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.

Your Salary: 

The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $47,000 - $56,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
