We are searching for a talented Senior Administrative Assistant – Administration

Hours: 40hrs

Shift:  Day shift; Start time flexible (7:00am - 8:30am) with end time (3:30pm - 5:00pm)

Location: Primary Care – Fairhaven, MA

Under the general supervision and direction of the Vice President of Operations, Physician leadership and designee, perform diversified secretarial, coordinating, administrative and other duties needed to support the Administration Dept in carrying out a variety of duties and responsibilities for Southcoast Physicians Group.

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proficiency in the use of word processing and other business software packages is required, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Acrobat and Project 2000.
• Five years related work experience required.
• Experience supporting executive level, ability to handle confidential and time sensitive information, effective communication skills - via phone and email, tech savvy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, proactive and anticipatory, open to change, and receptive to feedback.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
