ADM Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff. This position supports executives at the SLT level and below.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple priorities with dynamic business needs while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
- Making complex travel arrangements and coordinating large meetings across multiple time zones, including large group Teams virtual meetings, teleconferences and in-person all-day offsite events
- Working independently, taking initiative, anticipating needs and problem solving proactively
- Managing critical business information with confidentiality and discretion
- Successfully collaborating with peers and colleagues in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including experience using Microsoft Outlook for email management and complex calendar management such as meetings, travel and conferences and Microsoft Teams for meetings

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior level administrative support experience
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders within a global, complex and fast-paced Fortune 500 organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience collaborating in a team environment
