DCS is looking to hire a Mid-Level Logistics Analyst with experience working in Army acquisition to support our customer at Project Manager Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Mounted Product Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Developing and documenting the Integrated Logistics Support products for formal approval such as: Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP), Core Logistics Assessment (CLA), Core Depot Assessment (CDA), Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) Analysis, and Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA).
Reviewing reports and/or conducting Product Support Analysis such as: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) Analyses, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Selected Essential Stockage for Availability Method (SESAME), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA).
Aid in development of Equipment publications (to include TMs, ETMs and IETMs), maintenance allocation chart (MAC), repair parts and special tools list (RPSTL), System Demilitarization (DEMIL) and Disposal Plan.
Creating, reviewing and updating logistics documentation in support of PM PNT acquisition and milestone activities such as: Type Classification, Material Release, Fielding, and Transfer; Performance based product support strategies (PBPSS), Post-Production Support Plan, Item Unique Identification Plan, Post-fielding support analysis (PFSA), and Develop basis of issue plan feeder data (BOIPFD).
Conducting maintenance assessments; equipment distribution and fielding; and new equipment training with information and material provided by the Government IAW the PM PNT integrated master schedule for all PM PNT products and IAW Government provided checklists and manuals.
Participate and coordinate Logistics Demonstrations and Maintainability Demonstration.
Participating in Integrated Product Teams, developing product support initiatives, and providing schedule inputs for PM PNT systems.
Preparing and providing input into the formulation of short and long-range logistics and product support planning.
This includes providing input, analysis, and recommending changes to logistics resource planning and budgetary products derived from logistics requirements as well as assisting with the planning and coordination of the Operations Program Summary (OPS) 29 or depot maintenance budgetary process; POM Program Reviews; and Weapon System Reviews (WSR).
Supporting and attending fielding synchronization meetings by coordinating, preparing, and briefing information associated with PM PNT systems in support of PM PNT product integrated master schedules.
Supporting logistics audits and audit readiness testing by maintaining, collecting, reviewing, updating, and providing logistics and sustainment documentation to PM PNT leadership and Government audit teams IAW Government auditing decisions.
Assisting in drafting Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and associated solicitation documentation and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.
Coordinates such documentation throughout the PM and PEO to include; PBL business case analysis; Product Support Strategy (PSS), Computer Resource Life Cycle Management Plan, Material Release, New Equipment Training Plan (NETP) and Material Fielding Plan (MFP), System MANPRINT Management Plan (SMMP), System Safety Management Plan (SSMP).
Prepares, staffs and reviews correspondence, issues papers and various articles related to PEO/PM logistics matters. Furnishes information and recommendations in response to both internal and external inquires. Prepares and delivers detailed briefings and informational papers on various logistics aspects of the PM PNT Mounted Gen1 program. Represents the PM at various conferences and meetings, both formal and informal, as well as other activities and agencies.
Plans with the PM and the contractor logistics strategies, fielding schedules and plans, and supporting models. Maintains an understanding of the program with emphasis on cost, schedule, and performance. Attend PM business reviews and other meetings that are of critical importance in keeping abreast of program issues.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree plus 12 years or Masters plus 10 years of applicable experience.
Must have a Secret Clearance.
Army Acquisition documentation experience (per AR & DA-PAM 700-127 & 700-142).
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with COMPASS, PowerLog-J, SYSPARS, JEDAS, FedLOG/WebFLIS, CquiP, Material Release Tracker (MRT), MS Office programs such as Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook.
