Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist at Uline

• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve outstanding payment issues.

• Support projects and responsibilities related to your assigned portfolio.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for a critical department process; including but not limited to third party placement, key accounts and electronic invoicing.

• Review existing processes, share feedback with management and make recommendations to improve department results.

• Assist on-boarding of new team members through side-by-sides and special presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3+ years in Collections or Customer Service call center.

• Thorough understanding of collections / billing processes and systems.

• Experience in business-to-business environment preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
