This position is a hybrid role and requires in-office work at least three days a week at our Minnetonka, MN facility. The training period will be done 100% on-site.
If you reside near Minnetonka, MN, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote position* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Auditing and reimbursing employee expense reports
- Maintaining knowledge of the Global Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policies
- Acting as a resource for employees with questions about expense reimbursements
- Reviewing and auditing receipts
- Answering employee questions around expenses via voicemail/email/Payment Service Request Site

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Currently reside within the state of Minnesota and reside within in a commutable distance of Minnetonka, MN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, Concur, or similar expense reporting software
