Senior Accounting Manager - Trusted Health

What were looking for

Trusted is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to play a critical role in driving financial stability, compliance, strategic decision-making, and ensuring operations efficiency within an organization, in order to positively impact our success and sustainability.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver the month-end close process in an efficient, and accurate manner
• Provide research, guidance, drafting, and/or review of technical revenue accounting memos
• Identify and prioritize process improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current accounting processes
• Leverage tech systems and tool integrations to optimize the day-to-day accounting operations 
• Work closely with the Companys external auditors on revenue and related controls and manage quarterly and annual audit requirements
• Act as the business partner to the business and cross-functional teams to educate on financial impact to drive informed decision-making
• Ensure tax compliance
• Thoroughly understand and communicate federal, state, and international tax implications to crucial business decisions

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting or related field required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• 4 years of experience in audit, preferably in Big-6 public accounting firms
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, in either public company or venture-backed high-growth companies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing accounting team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with audits, tax planning, and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite), Looker, and advanced Excel skills
• Healthcare staffing industry experience preferred

$155,647 - $175,000 a year

Trusted reasonably anticipates the salary range for this role to be $155,647-$175,000 annually plus equity. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
