Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare entries, reports (e.g., balance sheets, P&L), and interpret company financial positions for management.
• Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers, ensuring accuracy before settlement.
• Collect and manage financial and operational data for the annual budget process and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Manufacturing Accounting and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, gather and interpret data, and draw accurate conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly across various media.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AS400 software is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• $110,000-$120,00
