- Proven expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert accounting guidance and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through centralization, standardization, and automation.
- Lead complex accounting research projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Review and maintain lease accounting schedules and reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and report on variances.
- Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and prevent future errors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes within areas of responsibility
