- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business working towards a Master’s degree in Accounting or Business
- Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent a plus.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years experience as a tax professional or accounting professional in public accounting or an accounting/finance position in the industry.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online (QBO) is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Utilize QBO to manage financial data and produce reports
- Accurately record and classify daily financial transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to clean-up financials and prepare bank reconciliations within budgeted hours
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively
- Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work across U.S. time zone
