Are you an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for numbers and a keen eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic Marketing team as a Consulting Senior Accountant (Temp). This position is an integral part of our finance team and plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, and internal controls. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various facets of the marketing industry, and to make a significant impact on our business operations.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and posting journal entries, and maintaining and updating Amortization Schedules.
Managing the cost of goods, royalties, and fulfillment.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing.
Conducting regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets.
Developing and implementing robust internal controls to enhance financial integrity and accountability.
Utilizing advanced Excel skills, Google Sheets, and Google Slides to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Working with the NetSuite accounting system to streamline financial processes.
Collaborating with various departments to support financial operations and strategic planning.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Senior Accountant position possesses the following qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the marketing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and advanced Excel.
Extensive experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, and internal controls.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including journal entries, cost of goods, royalties, fulfillment, and Amortization Schedules.
Experience with NetSuite accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to perform variance analysis and resolve complex accounting issues.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of accounting for fixed assets.
Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
