Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support all asset-related activities, including Inventory, AP, Purchasing, and Cash applications
- Responsible for Month End Close process
- Analyze GL accounts
- Post journal entries
- Prepare monthly GL reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting as requested
- Research fluctuations versus trend and budget
- Maintain GL integrity and structure
- Assist with external financial audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA is preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software, NetSuite preferred, and double entry bookkeeping preferred
- Experience with financial reporting and interpretation
- Knowledge of tax regulations and balance sheet reconciliation
