Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic energy industry team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our high-volume manufacturing, ensuring accurate accounts reconciliations, and maintaining precise inventory accounting. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the energy industry and has a proven track record of success in this field.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial operations of our high-volume manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct accounts reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate inventory accounting, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, and inventory control.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide financial analysis and support to management, including budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on high-volume manufacturing, accounts reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
Experience with financial analysis and modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and cost analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
