Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Controller and in accordance with policies and procedures of the Episcopal Homes of Minnesota (EHM), generally accepted accounting principles, and State and Federal regulations - this position assists the Controller with the management of fiscal reporting, audit functions, financial analysis, regulatory reporting and general administrative functions.

Pay and Schedule:
- $75,000 - $80,000 year, Experience Compensated!!!
- Monday -Friday. 40hrs/week. Hybrid schedule available after training (approx. 2 weeks)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Always incorporates the EHM mission, vision, and values philosophy into the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders - residents, staff, community, and payers/providers/vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial
- Annual and Monthly financial statement preparation
- Assist in preparation of audit and tax reporting schedules
- Prepare regulatory reports for Federal, State and grant making agencies
- Create and conduct financial modeling and forecasting
Organizational Performance
- Assist business unit managers plan, measure and maintain key metrics
- Build Ad Hoc tools to collect, analyze and report on business unit activities
- Provide operational data reports on key metrics for management
Data Analytics
- Mining data from primary and secondary sources
- Cleaning and dissecting data to transform raw data into usable data forms
- Analyze and interpret results using statistical tools and techniques
- Pinpointing trends and patterns in data sets
KEY PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work as a team.
- Proactive and able to organize and prioritize tasks or projects.
- Ability to gather and analyze details, ensuring accurate results.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and written and provide clear and detailed
information to business unit leaders and Finance staff. - Ability to independently troubleshoot and creatively solve problems.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, or similar concentration
- 5years+ Accounting, Finance, or Related Experience
- Experience in Business Central
- Working knowledge of Jet Reports
