Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experiencedSenior Accountant to join their team. This contract-to-hire role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and manage the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Complete other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
