Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Accounting Department. This position reports to the Controller and will work closely with many different areas of the Company.

What you’ll do:

• Record general accounting entries for prepaid, accruals, etc.
• Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
• Research, track, and resolve accounting matters that arise
• Assist in month-end close procedures
• Accounts Receivable and Payable tasks
• Other accounting and administrative duties as needed

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Ability to address management, and customer, questions and requests on a timely basis
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Knowledge of Mac O/S and Google Sheets beneficial
• Ability to work independently, but also share common workload with team members
• Self-motivated and hard working
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multitask

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience, starting at $70,000 based on experience
