Senior Accountant - Altitude Group

Our client is a high-end fashion and apparel company located in Pasadena. They are looking to hire a Senior Accountant to be the right-hand person to the Controller and who can grow into a Management position in the next 2-3 years. Must have experience in the retail/consumer goods/manufacturing industries or something similar.

They are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the industries of retail, CPG or Transportation/Import/Export
• Understanding of General Ledger processes and basic accounting principals i.e. debits and credits.
• experience including journal-entries, reconciliations and simple financial reports.
• Understanding of Physical inventory a plus but not required.
• Sage software experience a plus
