PaxeraHealth is now hiring a Senior Accountant to join our sales team.  This is a remote  position and the person will be responsible for multiple functions within the department. We currently seek a Senior Accountant who is a financial expert with a strong background in financial reporting, coupled with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. The position requires someone who is energetic, willing to learn and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities



+ Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and review.


+ Consolidate financial statements across entities and multi-currency accounts.


+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards.


+ Accurately track and report MRR, ARR, and other recurring revenue streams.


+ Manage balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.


+ Oversee bank reconciliations and alignment of statements with internal records.


+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


+ Support audits and tax filings by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.



What We’re Looking For



+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).


+ Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.


+ Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).


+ Expertise in MRR/ARR accounting and multi-currency consolidations is preffered.


+ In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principles.

+ Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


+ Professional demeanor and proactive, solution-oriented approach.



Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
