Job Responsibilities
Manage financial records and maintain accurate books of accounts
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Manage payroll processing and tax-related matters
Implement and maintain internal financial controls
Assist in the preparation of reports for management and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and accounting regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail or manufacturing sector
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
