Assist Accounts Payable Team with reporting, reconciliation, accruals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial closing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the review and preparation of the account reconciliations in the Blackline tool. Attend the necessary Blackline training and seminars to be current.
- Reconciliation of Trade AP and AR.
- Preparation of month end Accrual entries.
- Assist AP team with Coupa invoice reconciliation.
- Assist AP team with weekly Payment Reconciliations.
- Assist AP team with invoice entries as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of the consolidated and combined financial statements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of accounting policies and standard operating procedures as needed.
- Support in the review and preparation of the financial statements with management personnel.
- Oversight and monitor documentation requirements for journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Lead system improvement, if so directed and perform other such duties as may be required.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, at least five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, and accounting, database, manufacturing, project management, spreadsheet, word processing and email software. Proficiency in Excel required.
