Established client in the non-profit world is seeking a Senior Accountant for a reconciliations & process improvement project. Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with others?? Keep reading! Salary is $80,000 - $95,000 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

• The Senior Accountant will reconcile balance with many types of accounts
• The Senior Accountant will identify discrepancies and diligently resolve via thorough research
• From researching, identify systemic bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• The Senior Accountant will support new process and control implementations

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Experience working with federal grants
• Accounting experience with GL, complex reconciliations, financial statements, and controls sufficient to complete job duties above
• The Senior Accountant will be expected to work collaboratively and effectively with team members
• Any experience with non-profits, behavioral health, and/or FQHC is a plus but not a must
