Job Details
As a Senior Accountant, you will impact the lives of our patients by –
Developing, implementing, and documenting accounting systems, policies, and processes.
Assisting with the treasury function by overseeing weekly bank activity and reporting.
Performing due diligence and integration activities for acquired companies.
Assisting with the preparation of forecast models and the annual financial planning process.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close to include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analyses, and accruals.
Analyzing trends and researching variances.
To become a Senior Accountant, you will need –
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA preferred.
3+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably in the health care industry.
Intermediate to advanced Excel; experience with Microsoft Power Platform flows highly desirable.
Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
Self-motivated to accomplish goals with a strong sense of accountability for results.
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software applications.
Lifelong learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior accountants.
