Senior Accountant - Creative Financial Staffing

This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position. Casual environment with good work/life balance

• Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Responsible for preparation Sales Tax returns for over 30 States, including State, County, City, and Special Jurisdiction tax returns
• Prepare and post journal entries through manual entry and excel upload
• Participate in the month-end close
• Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reports
• Assists in creating forms and manuals for accounting department

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years general accounting or auditing experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting
• Sales tax experience

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $95,000 to $115,000
• This is an in office role in Hudson
