Position Overview:

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Provide financial insights by analyzing data trends and presenting actionable recommendations to management.
• Assist in creating financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment for healthcare-related revenue streams, including subscription-based services and customer contracts.
• Support external audits by collaborating with auditors and preparing documentation as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting systems, processes, and internal controls for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay informed on changes to healthcare industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• CPA designation or prior experience in public accounting is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience. ($90,000 - $110,000)
