Senior Accountant, Global Consolidations at a Glance….
The Senior Accountant, Global Consolidations is critical to consolidating the global results of Kraft Heinz on a monthly basis and assisting in preparing quarterly and annual SEC financial disclosures. This is a high-visibility role, which requires coordinating the flow of information from multiple business units located worldwide to the various global finance teams and upper management. In this role, you will work with an experienced team, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additionally, this role will assist in other significant projects, which vary based on our business transactions and priorities (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, new accounting policies, new types of transactions, training initiatives, etc.).
What’s on the menu?
- Assisting with the monthly consolidation of global financials, involving intercompany transaction review and resolution
- Assisting in preparing SEC financial filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Collaborating across our global organization to develop financial information and analysis supporting internal and external reporting needs
- Evaluating the impacts of new accounting and reporting rules and assisting in implementation
- Working with external auditors
- Opportunities for ad hoc special projects related to financial reporting or new/developing accounting topics, M&A activity, accounting system updates, as required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred
- Public accounting experience with an emphasis in SEC engagements, or public company consolidations experience is a plus
- Strong work-ethic, communication skills (written and verbal), and drive to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized along with excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and achieve results, while maintaining high quality
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and leadership skills

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
