Position: Financial Analyst/Accountant
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to work on-site in Memphis TN. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing support for various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs accounting work and highly analytical duties necessary to support financial statements, the accounting system and create reports for leadership.
- Responsible for monthly forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
- Ensures all capital projects are accurately reflected on financial statements.
- Performs in-depth P&L analysis and reviews for leadership including gross profit and expense variances.
- Responsible for the accounts payable function, ensuring that all expenses are coded properly.
- Reviews inventory costing to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Participates in special projects as needed.
- Serves as the direct contact for leadership and field locations to handle questions and resolve issues.
- May be required to drive a company vehicle.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Four years of work experience is required.
- CPA or ability to obtain a CPA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, including QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel by various means up to 10% is required

The Senior Business Analyst performs moderately complex to complex levels of activities in the maintenance of company financial data and the development of financial statements and reports.
This position is with Diversified Applications, Inc. (DAI). DAI is our aerial application business and operates under several different names throughout the U.S. as we continue to acquire small companies to actively expand this segment of our business. The goal of DAI is to become the leader of the agricultural aviation industry by continuously growing our fleet of fixed wing aircrafts and helicopters.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Performs accounting work and highly analytical duties necessary to support financial statements, the accounting system and create reports for leadership.
- Responsible for monthly forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
- Ensures all capital projects are accurately reflected on financial statements.

- Acts as the backup for the DAI Accountant and performs month-end duties, as needed.
- Responsible for the accounts payable function, ensuring that all expenses are coded properly.
- Reviews inventory costing to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Participates in special projects as needed.
- Serves as the direct contact for leadership and field locations to handle questions and resolve issues.
- May be required to drive a company vehicle.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Four years of work experience is required.
- CPA or ability to obtain a CPA is preferred.

- Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.

Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
