• Oversee the month-end close process and perform account reconciliations.
• Analyze accounting records, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with financial consolidations and year-end audit activities.
• Review and assess balance sheet and income statement accounts each month.
• Manage fixed assets and ensure proper adherence to procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors.
• Document processes and identify ways to improve procedures for a more efficient workflow.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
