Job Details
Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will support the accounting team in ensuring a timely and accurate month end close, will lead reconciliation and account audit efforts.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries for review
- Participate in account reconciliations
- Serve as lead for AP/AR, Payroll, and GL accounting
- Maintain strong GAAP knowledge
- Help to ensure internal controls and processes are being maintained
- Assist in account audits and cleanup
- Support controller with reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Non-Profit accounting experience
- Account audit experience
