Provide technical accounting guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Assist in the development of internal controls related to ESG reporting processes.
Participate in special projects related to sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting (audit or advisory experience).
Strong understanding of ESG principles and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ESG reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
