Senior Accountant (ERP) - Sparks Group

Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:

• Conduct complex financial analyses and reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
• Support the annual audit process.

Accounting:

• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with the monthly close process.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Research and interpret accounting standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of staff accountants.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance 
• 3+ years relevant accounting experience 
• 1+ year supervisory experience (preferred)
• Non-profit Accounting experience (preferred)
• Experience with large ERP Accounting software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, proactive, collaborative attitude

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $80,000.00 to $90,000.00
