About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, taking the lead on managing day-to-day accounting functions, performing monthly reconciliations, and ensuring all transactions are accurately posted in QuickBooks. This onsite position allows you to work closely with our dynamic team, helping to drive a culture of compliance, innovation, and excellence.

Your leadership and guidance will help optimize operations across departments, reduce costs, and enhance revenue, all while maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations. What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and ensure accurate transaction posting in QuickBooks.
• Guide the Finance Department, maintaining compliance with accounting and tax principles.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance revenue through strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operational Department Heads to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Finance Department.
• Support the leadership team by completing relevant departmental tasks as needed.
