Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant to join an esteemed finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical accounting functions, providing strategic insights, and fostering the development of junior staff members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements to inform business strategy
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Strong track record in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
