Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for financial excellence? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive key financial initiatives, support decision-making, and ensure fiscal integrity across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• General Ledger Management: Oversee day-to-day general ledger activities with precision and accuracy.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage AP and AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Month-End Close: Efficiently execute month-end close procedures to meet tight deadlines.
• Journal Entries & GAAP Compliance: Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Financial Reporting: Develop and present financial statements and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts to support the company’s strategic goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvements: Drive initiatives to optimize accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Tax Coordination & Audits: Manage tax activities and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and accounting software systems.
• GAAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Process Improvement: Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
