This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position. Casual environment with good work/life balance

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close duties and assist with financial reporting packages

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

• Prepare bank and various balance sheet account reconciliations

• Perform financial analysis of accounts

• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget

• Maintain fixed asset schedule

• Act as backup for A/P, A/R, and payroll departments

• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 2+ year’s related experience

• High degree of proficiency with Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $70,000-85,000

• Located in the Cleveland area
