Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Perform reconciliations and accurately record financial transactions through journal entries to maintain balanced accounts.
• Oversee the tracking and allocation of prepaid expenses to the appropriate accounting periods.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial operations across all entities.
• Ensure revenue recognition complies with GAAP, particularly using the percentage-of-completion method, by calculating and reporting project completion percentages.
• Generate and deliver daily financial reports and insights to managers, supporting informed decision-making and tracking project and company performance.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance accounting workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications for Senior Accountant Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
• Preferred experience in construction or manufacturing sectors
• Proactive, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
