Job Details
Essential Responsibilities
- Record daily bank transactions in QuickBooks Online for multiple bank accounts
- Support in month end close, including preparing month end journal entries
- Prepare and research transactions to accurately reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts
- Accurately prepare, and timely file, all payroll taxes and tax payments for multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare other tax and information reporting including property taxes, 1099s, and sales and use tax filings
- Accurately and timely, prepare and deliver, health insurance invoices
- Apply payments for health insurance and ACA invoices
- Reconcile client health insurance invoicing to health insurance carrier statement
- Reconcile health insurance enrollment system to health insurance carrier billing system
- Support the treasury bank file process
- Assist with preparing ad hoc schedules as requested
- Create desktop procedures for assigned responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong Excel Skills (IF statements, Vlookup, Pivot tables, etc)
