Senior Accountant - Addison Group

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Bronx, New York

Payrate: $32 - $38 / hour

A Bronx/Harlem based NFP are looking for senior accountants to join a growing team.

Responsibilities Include -

• Recorded assets, liabilities, and financial transactions in appropriate journals
• Prepared monthly bank reconciliation of operating and reserves accounts
• Maintain accrual, fixed assets, and prepaid schedules
• Review and reconcile all inter-company transactions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Facilitated and complete all month-end close procedures
• Assisted in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements (internal/external)
• Assist in year-end audits
• Assisted with budget preparations
• YARDI and Excel
• NFP experience
• Will oversee a junior accountant and help with their day to day
