We are in Need of an Accountant Bookkeeper for our West Palm Office
In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes entering vendor and expense invoices, billing customers, preparing bank statements, processing timesheets, and preparing tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.
- Processing the accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- Collating and entering vendor expenses.
- Reconciling Bank Statements, Month End Close
- Journal Entries, GL Reconcilation
- Processing the taxes, handling the Insurance
- Invoicing clients and customers.
- Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Processing Company Payroll, employee timesheets
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Managing other projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
- Previous experience in an Accounting Role
- Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- ERP software Experience, Quickbooks, Sage, Excel, ADP
- Attention to detail, Time Management
- Clear communication skills.
