Job Details
As a Senior Accountant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your detailed focus and rigorous approach to financial management ensure that every financial transaction reflects our commitment to excellence and supports our operational success.
Your Impact
Financial Documentation and Reporting: Review and verify all source documentation, ensuring accurate revenue calculations and timely financial reporting.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable; perform regular account reconciliations and manage overdue accounts effectively.
Team Leadership and Process Improvement: Partner with accounting staff, refine business processes, and strengthen internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Strategic Financial Support: Contribute to company strategies with precise financial data and insights, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
A detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Excel, including XLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and familiar with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Paycom.
Thorough understanding of GAAP and experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Relevant certifications (CPA or CMA) are highly valued.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle high-volume transactions and complex financial data.
