Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. (TTI) has an opening for a Senior Accountant Analyst at its office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! This position will report to the Director of Finance. Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Oversee Intercompany Transactions: Oversee the accurate billing and recording of all intercompany transactions for the corporate entity.
+ Journal Entries Management: Perform journal entries in SAP, ensuring alignment with financial reporting requirements and corporate policies.
+ Fixed Asset Oversight: Maintain and monitor the fixed asset module, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
+ Reconciliation Expertise: Prepare and review detailed account reconciliations for critical financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
+ Accounts Payable: Support and optimize the AP process by coding corporate invoices, ensuring timely processing and adherence to forecast guidelines.
+ Month-End Close Process: Lead and coordinate month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
+ Consolidation Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for consolidation, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate and external reporting standards.
+ Audit Liaison: Act as the primary contact for external and internal audits, providing requested documentation, addressing inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations.
+ Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and eliminating waste in accounting operations.
+ Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Deliver insightful ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Job / Employment Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
+ Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a combination of Big 4/Big 8 public accounting and corporate accounting roles.
+ Demonstrated experience managing complex financial processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
+ Experience in SAP or other major ERP systems required;
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools; proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting financial data effectively.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, evaluate options, and recommend actionable solutions.
+ Inquisitive mindset with the ability to investigate unusual data patterns, connect the dots, and educate stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
+ Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, driving change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
+ Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
+ Experience acting as a liaison for audits, with the ability to provide clear documentation and implement audit recommendations.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Salary Exempt Position
+ The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000
