Senior Account Supervisor - Industry Leading PR + Comms Agency - Monday Talent

As the Account Supervisor or Senior Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for leveraging relationships with top-tier media outlets as well as leading a team in the creation of PR strategy. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills.

The Role:

• Lead account teams to achieve high-quality, timely, and within-budget results
• Supervise teams in crafting press materials, client communications, and traditional and social media strategies
• Offer recommendations to meet client requirements
• Act as a client and agency representative at events
• Maintain relationships with media contacts to secure favorable coverage
• Compile presentations for new and renewed business proposals

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience working in PR
• Experience working with spirits clients is a plus, but not required
• Experience across corporate, consumer, and purpose work is a must
• Effectively manages client and personnel challenges in a constructive manner
• Cultivates enduring relationships with client contacts
• Promotes respect and collaboration within the account team

Title: Account Supervisor or Senior Account Supervisor

Location: New York, NY

Worktype Place: Hybrid 3x per week

Salary: $85,000-$120,000
