Senior Account Supervisor - Exclusive Spirits Brand - Monday Talent

The Senior Account Supervisor will take charge of strategic public relations campaigns, managing media relations, overseeing client accounts, and developing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility. Expertise and creativity will be key in pitching major stories and contributing to new business development efforts.

The Role:

• Create and execute impactful PR strategies
• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for select clients
• Lead media pitching efforts and secure major placements
• Drive creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh story ideas
• Lead the team with new business pitches and ideas.
• Guide and mentor account teams, ensuring top-quality work and professional growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6-8 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven success in media relations and pitching new business
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple accounts with ease

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
