About the Job
As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will manage a top volume brand and drive the order processing from start to finish. You will be the central point of contract for our internal Sales Teams and work with them to maximize system efficiencies to help drive sales.
This position will oversee an account coordinator and provide guidance to them on their day-to-day brand maintenance. Senior Account Coordinators report directly to the Manager of Account Services.
This position is based out of our Greenwich, CT Headquarters on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days WFH).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the purchase order fulfillment process of assigned brand(s).
- Work closely with Sales to process all manual bulk orders for future buys.
- Process all EDI Purchase orders for assigned brands.
- Analyze EDI orders to ensure accuracy while troubleshooting those with discrepancies.
- Partner with EDI to ensure accurate and timely troubleshooting of all EDI’s in error.
- Work with Sales to ascertain reporting needs and the role of Sales to improve support of the business as a whole.
- Partner with internal departments to facilitate the on-time shipping of purchase orders within the customer ship windows., e.g. Finance, Logistics, and Sales.
- Mentor, train, and develop Account Coordinator’s with whom you are partnered.
- Attend and participate in FFANY Shoe Shows by assisting the sales team, being involved in customer show appointments, and familiarizing yourself with the season’s product lines.
- Partner with Compliance Manager in researching/disputing chargebacks originating from within your assigned brands.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant Account Services experience.
- Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP Software preferred and systems savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills; team oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines with extreme attention to detail.
- Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
