As a Senior Salesperson - District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within your assigned district, leveraging your experience in PEMB sales to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

   • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned district.
   • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends, informing sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
   • Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their PEMB needs.
   • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and consultations to understand customer requirements, educate clients on our products and services, and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
   • Respond to customer inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other communications promptly and professionally, addressing concerns, negotiating terms, and closing sales effectively.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives within the district, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
   • Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities, supporting their professional growth and development.
   • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.

4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

   • Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and expenses for the assigned district, leveraging historical data, market trends, and pipeline analysis to inform projections.
   • Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and opportunities, and recommending actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in PEMB sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
