The Sales and Business Development - National Account Manager shall be responsible for the following:· Meet monthly sales quota established by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. · Create and implement strategies for business development and means to achieving Company’s sales goals. · Submit weekly sales reports to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer providing detailed and accurate information regarding new customers, leads and prospects as well as sales analyses and forecasting.·Develop sales strategies based on customer feedback, market research and competitor analyses. · Expand growth through development of new sales territories on a national and regional basis. · Manage customer database and relationships. · Support the Company’s mission, vision and core values. - Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting.Expand the sales pipeline by leading the process of identifying, qualifying, and establishing new offerings that align to identify customer needs. - Lead strategic initiatives that create new revenue streams for the company. - Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. - Establish communication with client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. - Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. - Participate in pricing the solution/service. - Takes lead in RFQ/RFP/ITB and/or competitive bidding and contracting process. - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use an appropriate style to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Education and Experience:· Experience working for successful electronics recycling companies preferred.· Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.· Participative management type—advocates team concept.· Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.· Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.· Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Average to above average typing skills.
Ability to efficiently operate a computer.
Familiar with the Hubspot CRM is a bonus.
Extensive knowledge of internet search methods, search engines and how to most effectively structure search criteria.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience
